Yeah, I've noticed it's been gaining those views quite quickly in comparison to other Kylie videos. Unfortunately, kworb doesn't recognise the video as part of Kylie's YouTube statistics so we can't track exactly how much it's being watched day in day out: http://kworb.net/youtube/artist/kylieminogue.html

it does make me believe though that if these are released on a Tuesday then there is something bigger happening on Friday 25th for her birthday week.

I hope there is something to come on Friday - BMG have handled the campaign perfectly up until this point but it’s all gone a bit wonky with SMFF, appreciate they are not expecting a smash but they made an amazing video and then randomly stick out a remix package midweek several weeks later #Mess

Love that Kylie still has such a hardcore fan base that will buy the complete remix package. I’m sure even in this day and age if they released physicals, remixes, video etc., in the same week she would snatch low Top 40 positions.

It is at number 7 now but why wasn't it released properly on friday? Someone forgot to press a button last friday or what?

The remixes are similar to the 'Dancing' ones - Cerrone takes place of Initial Talk, Joe Stone takes place of Anton Powers and PBR takes place of Illyus & Barrientos.

 

Nothing really takes my fancy though. I'll stick with the Gente de Zona version, which really should have done better things than it did.

Gente de Zona is the only remix that is enjoyable and its surprising it didnt help the single further in the charts than it did.

I think any younger female artist would have had a hit with it as it’s a great summer tune that radio should have been all over. It sounds like the type of track Capitial should be hammering out on their A-list.

So if we’re not getting the Sigala track tomorrow it really was a random move to throw out the remix EP midweek. I can only think they knew SMFF had peaked and had the remixes anyway so just decided to let the fans have them?
