Yes it is different to the dance that usually makes the charts these days. I think it is future house, and we haven't had a future house song in the top 40 I don't think since early 2016 and 'The Right Song'.

It might be more for Spotify's benefit than anything else. YouTube is obviously a huge competitor for them and has the advantage of supplying not just audio but music videos. Not sure if it implies a long term plan for Spotify to go full on with music video streaming, but they might be testing the waters on how it affects traffic for the song across the two platforms.
