I always found this an interesting subject as there are quite a lot of films of quite a lot of genres that could easily be Black Mirror episodes. These are films that conceptually investigate and study the human condition and society with usually a sci-fi or fantasy aspect. The Sci-fi or fantasy aspect is often very apparent (USS Callister, Nosedive, San Junipero) but can but very subtle in some cases (National Anthem, Shut Up and Dance). But they're always "conceptual" - it wouldn't be a straight up Sci-Fi horror like Alien for example.

Here are some I think of.

Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind

This focuses on technology that erases bad relationships, and how it effects the users negatively and positively.

Nerve

This is a teen Sci-Fi drama which focuses on an app which users get "dared" to do things for money, as spectators vote for certain scenarios. It focuses on the "always on" society, and how we're all always connected and obsessed with technology, always watching, to the point of where morally becomes blurred.

The Purge series

This is set in an alternate reality where once a year humans can commit every crime they wish, to keep crime rates down for the rest of the year. This episode feels very "White Bear" in its execution of its study of humans' inner hunger for blood.

Are there any films that come to all your minds?

Downsizing's concept was quite Black Mirror esque - having people's size reduced and a smaller universe created specifically for them for environmental purposes.

Shame the movie itself was absolute garbage.

I thought this! Black Mirror would have nailed what was a great concept, but in the film they just made it into some awful parable for bettering yourself when there could have been darker things explored about the practice that Black Mirror would have done really well.

Transcendence is a big one which came to mind.

A scientist's drive for artificial intelligence, takes on dangerous implications when his consciousness is uploaded into one such program.
Never seen Black Mirror but, would you consider 'Get Out' as one like that?

Nah, not quite I don't think.

Edit: Thinking about it a bit more I guess it could be. But more so if the twist about transferring people's brains into other people's bodies was the focal point of the plot rather than being revealed at the end.

'Her' and 'Ex Machina' are two more very obvious ones to me.

Total Recall, Minority Report even Blade Runner (anything by Phillip Dick pretty much)

Videodrome

Existenz

Pulse

Lawnmower Man

Hidden

Tetsuo: The iron man

They Live

Tron

^I was just gonna say They Live! That's a really excellent satire.

The Truman Show of those that haven't been mentioned is a great satire on our obsession with reality TV and effectively watching people's lives in front of us. Could easily be a concept for Black Mirror, though I somewhat doubt they'd have the same ending (or Jim Carrey).

2001: A Space Odyssey could work really well I think!
