I preferred Jar Of Hearts

Christina's voice is what makes these ballads so timeless and "epic" for me.

 

She's such a talent. ATY is one of my fave ballads of this Decade. :wub:

 

I wouldn't expect anything new JUST yet. I believe she's literally just had a kid or is about to give birth iirc?

I like everything I’ve heard from Christina Perri. That’s like 4 songs: "Jar Of Hearts", "Arms", "A Thousand Years" and "Human" - all fantastic.

'Human' has real genuine heartfelt emotion to it.

However, they are performing on the first episode of Sounds Like Friday Night, and so far I don't think they've had any artists who haven't been played on R1 recently.

Exactly, lol. Even the title is a cliche. Same for 'Human' in that respect but that doesn't come across as cheesy.

 

'Jar Of Hearts' is one of my favourite ballads ever so to see it eclipsed by 'A Thousand Years' as the go-to Christina Perri song, to the point where many people probably don't even remember her having any other songs, is rather annoying.
