As much as I love the girls, in this case Ugly Heart is a better song.

I'm surprised Work From Home is still here as it seemed to get so many bad scores (Unless I've totally missed its elimination)

Shout Out To My Ex is easily the far better song for me its everything Ugly Heart should have been...which was just annoying.
I find it weird that "Bills, Bills, Bills" is higher than "Bug a Boo" for Destiny's Child. I'm glad they still have plenty left - the same amount as the Saturdays 😏

I much prefer 'Bug-a-Boo', but I always thought BBB was more well liked/remembered so it doesn't seem that weird to me.

If the top 20 is full of LM & GA songs I personally won’t be happy.

Bug a Boo is far superior to Bills !!

It’ll probably be a mix of Spice Girls, Little Mix, Sugababes and Spice Girls with a couple of others dotted in, as it should be.

Just noticed Wake Me Up is still in 😂

At #70 is 'Too Much' by Spice Girls, a second consecutive Christmas number one for them in the UK and the second single released off of their second album 'Spiceworld'. It was also their last top ten single in the US. The video also accompanied scenes of their movie, Spice World, which is amazing and I will not hear otherwise. I'd say it's the least remembered of their big hits but I still really like it - they all sound amazing on it and it has such a nostalgic feel to it.

At #69 is one hit wonder 'I Love It' by Swedish duo, Icona Pop. The song was a huge success back in 2013 where it went straight to #01 in the UK and Top 10 in the US, becoming one of the best selling singles that year. They have unfortunately yet to release anything else that has gotten to the heights set by 'I Love It', even if I personally prefer 'All Night' by them. The song is okay but it feels strange being this high up and I don't think it's aged very well, it sounds grating and I actually dislike hearing it on a night out now  A very of the time song imo.

At #68 is the next song by Girls Aloud to drop out, their mini reunion/comeback single 'Something New' which is also their final single (let's pretend 'Beautiful Cause You Love Me' never happened) .... until they come back which I highly doubt. It was also the official Children In Need single for 2012 and peaked initially at #02 but fell very quickly down the charts. I remember being really excited that they were back as it had been three years since we heard anything from the girls, although I do think they could have waited a little bit longer to make more of an impact. The song itself, I liked at the time but much like Icona Pop - I don't think it's aged well at all and I often hear it on a night out which has killed enjoyment of it for me personally. I think they have much better in their back catalogue.
Something New is just total noise to me, I never liked it in the first place but I agree it's also just aged so badly. I Love It is such a banger tho, I kind of went of it by the time it became a hit because it was a hit WW and in BJSC seemingly AGES before, but I soon fell for it again. Too Much is cute enough but not a Spice Girls fave or one I go back to that much.

At #67 is the next song by Little Mix to drop out, and the third single from their fourth studio album 'Glory Days'. It was remixed as a single with Machine Gun Kelly as a feature and was a hit selling over 600k despite peaking at a lowly #15. If we take away SOTME, I think they got the single choices spot on for the Glory Days era. This was a light breezy fun pop song and very on trend for a girlgroup at the time with it's tropical pop influence. I don't think it'll go down as a classic by any means but it is a great pop song.

At #66 is the highest Fifth Harmony song, 'Work From Home' the lead single from their second studio album '7/27'. It is their biggest single to date (and will probably stay that way), it has sold over 1m in both the UK and the US, and is one of the biggest girlgroup songs ever in the US I believe! It always gets mixed response, with people either loving it or hating it. I am firmly in the love category - that opening instrumental, the iconic video, Camila's warbling at the end of the song and even Ty Dolla $ign's rap. What a song, I still go crazy for it on a night out. A shame it wasn't a #01 for them - that chart run speaks volumes though. Get it girls!
68 | Girls Aloud - Something New | 7.02

Imagine being DEAF enough to give that a 1 omg, what a tune

(in all seriousness, it's an expected position for Something New but it really does deserve better, it's aged like a fine wine for me too)

Something New & Work from Home are two of my three favourite girl group songs of the 2010s (the third is Touch)! A shame to see them so low. :(

Too Much is a gorgeous song. I'd agree it's become one of the least remembered big Spice Girls songs (I'd say alongside Goodbye).
