April 3, 20188 yr It's a great song, don't get me wrong, but I was just starting to get bored of This Is Me. I want something at least relatively new at #1 damnit, not songs that have stuck around in the top 10 for weeks! I'd even accept Freaky Friday by this point! Edited April 3, 20188 yr by Tedward
April 3, 20188 yr So, I'm way out of touch with it all, but I'm surprised to see Loren Allred in the chart update. I thought she was victim of the 3 track rule and hasn't been able to chart? Or have I totally imagined that? I'm thrilled about it, as Never Enough is a stunning song and it deserves to chart just as much as This Is Me. That vocal from her is astonishing. EDIT: Never mind, I looked it up and see it has charted for 3 weeks. I obviously totally missed that! Idiot. Edited April 3, 20188 yr by PaulM1983
April 3, 20188 yr You know Feel It Still came out in March 2017 right? In fact, if I've counted correctly, 14 of the current chart update top 40 came out in 2017 :P FIS was out in 2017 but it only managed to go top 40 this year

Rewrite the Stars and the greatest show hit ACR a couple of weeks ago so a million dreams and never enough are now charting!
April 3, 20188 yr Rewrite the Stars and the greatest show hit ACR a couple of weeks ago so a million dreams and never enough are now charting! Ah gotcha! Thanks. Though it should have been right up there all along, but it's better late than never I suppose.
April 3, 20188 yr FIS was out in 2017 but it only managed to go top 40 this year Not entirely correct, it did first go top 40 in 2017.
April 3, 20188 yr Not entirely correct, it did first go top 40 in 2017. You’re right. It entered the top 40 at #39 on 27th October 2017 for just a week then re-entered the top 40 at #35 on 5th January 2018 and hasn’t left the top 40 since
April 3, 20188 yr This Is Me for number 1 although it will end up with Chris Brown looking at the sales trend.
April 3, 20188 yr Interesting sales. I think Kylie will struggle to unseat the Greatest Showman next week if it continues to sell just as strong.
April 3, 20188 yr Why is This Is Me challenging for #1 now?It was used in the Full Monty programme last week and has been sitting at number 1 on iTunes ever since.
April 3, 20188 yr #teamRudimental would prefer neither This Is Me nor Freaky Friday getting to number one. The former is screechy and the latter is unfunny and I'd rather Chris Brown not get another number one.
April 3, 20188 yr #teamRudimental would prefer neither This Is Me nor Freaky Friday getting to number one. The former is screechy and the latter is unfunny and I'd rather Chris Brown not get another number one. Rudimental had already their time to shine last Friday. It's Freaky Friday moment now until Drake releases another s**t. 😄
April 3, 20188 yr Why the surge of This Is Me? It's not the Alan Walker remix, is it? Gente de Zona & Justin Bieber remix
April 3, 20188 yr #TeamFreakyFriday but only by default... like I already said, This Is Me bores me now and I never liked These Days to begin with. Would be going for Paradise but to be honest George's chance has came and gone. And besides, This Is Me is from a film about P.T. Barnum, who did things just as bad as Chris Brown in his life, so people saying they want it to be number one over Freaky Friday is a bit hypocritical <_< Edited April 3, 20188 yr by Tedward
