I really hate this current "trend" of making such short songs, like Sour Candy being only two-and-a-half minutes :(

Shorter lengths can be a bit of a meh but if they’re great dongs (touchwood :michelle:) then it doesn’t matter at all. Aaaaaah can’t wait for Friday 😍

This is BS. She filmed the video for SL at the beginning of the year and then ROM just before lockdown so she certainly didn't have time to film anything else :lol:

By the time single 3 is coming, I'm sure lockdown measures will be lessened enough to allow for a shoot!

The way Rain On Me is doing right now it’s better waiting a good while before dropping another video! So if they’re to be filmed still that’s good in a way. Twitter is full of all these sources who are saying she’s done this and filmed that :lol:

 

We want any future singles to reach their full potential. Push something else when the time comes this goes to ACR.

Seeing as though this will be the first track us BLACKPINK fans will be getting in over a year, I wouldn’t put it passed reaching number one on iTunes both in the UK and the US tbh

I would like a few longer tracks, it does look a bit odd seeing so many short time-lengths, but then I think that 'Stupid Love' and 'Rain On Me' work just fine at 3 minutes. It all depends on the composition of a song I think.

Totally unneeded. That has potential future single wrote all over it and we don't want any spotlight being taken away from ROM!

Sour Candy may perform similarly on iTunes to how BTS tracks do (would that be a fair comparison I don’t follow

K Pop that closely).

 

Dua Lipa had a Top 40 hit with BLACKPINK though and I think Gaga has more hard core stans than her so that bodes well

that we’ll get another top 40 at least with this.

 

 

I think she'll easily get two additional top 40 hits out of this, perhaps Free Woman and Sour Candy.
