I really didn't think I'd feel like this at the start of the series but Laura is a real favourite for me now. She's got so much hate online in the past few weeks but she's had a bloody tough time and I can't believe anyone would criticise her for being insecure. Goodness knows I would at this stage if I felt like I kept being disposed of.

 

Her quick little remarks back to Jack in the lie detector tonight were hilarious, I love her.

I like her, but I can imagine she would be draining to be around - although maybe understandable as she was pied twice. Possibly for a third time as Paul seems to not even want to be around her or acknowledge her in yesterdays episode

Yaaaass!! So, so happy that Laura and Jack are gone! I was actually quite worried for Laura and Paul so I was relieved when they were announced as being in the top three. Unless the votes from 2nd-6th were super close, we could be seeing them battling Dani and Jack for the win?!

While Paul is fine, in every sense lol, I don't think he offers enough or that their bond is strong enough to see Laura win.

 

Although she is magnificent. I still love the four originals. Oh Wes is an original too.. I guess he's okay too,

Looks about right, it won't even be close but Laura and Paul I think will be propelled by people having a lot of respect for Laura..

I’m sorry but both Josh and Kaz and Megan and Wes are stronger couples than both Alex and Alexandra and Laura and Paul . As much as I like both Laura and Alexandra individually at this late stage people should be voting for the stronger couples in there and not cause they like certain individuals.

I’m shocked at Josh and Kaz’s popularity! They’ve had an incredible amount of editing, I thought they would finish in solid second especially after lie detector!

 

I think Scottish Laura and Dr Alex have a fanbase that should help them into the final at least, Megan is always going to be unpopular and she’s always been in the bottom two / three etc!

I had a lowkey feeling that Josh and Kaz could challenge Jack and Dani, up until they've had a couple of times in the bottom few, particularly tonight. They're the most solid couple in there other than Jack and Dani, but I think people want to see Alex and Laura for example succeed whereas with Josh and Kaz there seem to be a lot of comments that Kaz is bitchy and judgemental and hard to warm to. I agree personally, Josh is fine I guess and can be amusing. On one hand I did think a bit wtf that they were below rocky couples like Alex squared and Laura/Paul but I can see why people want to see Alex and Laura over Josh/Kaz as a couple. They've been there since day 1 and I'd rather see them complete their journey than Josh/Kaz who are just a stable couple and boring, not lovable like Jack and Dani.

 

 

As for Megan and Wes, it feels like they've tried so hard to put them as contenders from the editing but I think people just really don't like Megan and it is not gonna happen :lol:

I litreally feel like Laura will carry Paul all the way to the final but he’s so damn dull :lol: and there ain’t a strong connection there from what I’ve seen . Also I feel like people like Alex/Alexandra individually but there clealry not strong together as a couple .

Josh and Kaz are really underrated :( Kaz reminds me of Montana from last year.

01 Jack & Dani

02 Josh & Kaz

03 Megan & Wez

04 Laura & Paul

(big big big gap)

05 Alex & Alexandra

 

What I think will happen:

01 Jack & Dani

02 Laura & Paul

Megan/Wez could easily be last also tbh although there's a small chance Alex x2 could fall behind and I mean small :lol: Josh/Kaz have fallen behind Megan/Wez in the tellymix polls after being ahead all along which is why I gave them the small advantage.

I don't think Megan and Wes or Kaz and Josh are more deserving of winning the series based on the editing of their relationships seeming "more real". Megan, Wes and Josh have all been undeniably horrible to people to get what they want whereas Laura has shown kindness to every single person who's come into the villa, including the two guys who dumped her, their new partners and the other person who tried to put a splinter in one of her relationships.

 

Who cares if Laura and Paul haven't had sex or had enough time together to develop stronger feelings for one another. If anything, that proves that they will be able to last as a couple on the outside as they won't have run out things to talk about.

 

As much as everyone loves Dani and Jack, I seriously doubt their ability to last as a couple once they leave the villa.

I really hope this happens again . At the end of the day the show is called Love Island for a reason the strongest overall couples should be getting to the final not certain likeable individuals in couples .
