Those were my exact first impressions of the new Rita song! It just comes across as really tacky to be honest.

Really can't see Girls being as big as her previous few singles, seems a bit too desperate for US success and it just isn't as good as Anywhere/Lonely Together (hard to top of course) and that's ignoring the controversy.
