Another historic band here, The Who's 4th LP Tommy came out in 1969 debuted at #2. A rock opera that tells the story about a "deaf, dumb and blind" boy, including his experiences with life and his relationship with his family.

never seen any of those oldies covers

OMFG that was Sia?? I was so pressed on that being a Bjork album and I simply could not find it lmao. How did I not know that.

Not quite all 60s albums ;) Hotel California is the fifth studio album by American rock band the Eagles, with the title track itself being a Top 10 hit in the UK and a #1 in the US. The album was ranked number 37 on Rolling Stone's list of "The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time".

Tattoo You is the 16th/18th studio album by the Rolling Stones, mostly composed of studio outtakes recorded during the 1970s, and contains one of the band's most well-known songs, "Start Me Up", which made it to #7 in the UK in 1981. Peter Corriston (the man who was responsible for the album cover's concept origination, art direction, and design) won a Grammy Award for best album package for Tattoo You.

The immediate "odd one out" of these 5 bonus albums, or so you think.. :kink: Backstreet's Back was the follow-up to their successful self-titled international debut and was led by the huge single Everybody (Backstreet's Back)! Coincidentally the boyband (or vocal harmony group as they prefer to be known as, something about them distancing themselves from New Kids on the Block but tbh they are a boyband through and through) has just released their latest single Don't Go Breaking My Heart an Elton John cover. This is the part of the show where Jade and Pete score a trifecta of bonus album guess misses :P

FYI I know this is kinda the odd one out here, but this was one of the most high profile releases of the year that fit my plan :P Urban Hymns, OK Computer, or Be Here Now were very close but missed out on my criteria due to one simple thing...

Albums released in the year the UK won Eurovision. Can I claim a bonus point? :D

Omg I did have an inkling that #5 was a 90s boyband like Backstreet Boys or NSYNC, dammit! Should've ditched my wrong theme and went for it
Ohhh that is a clever theme! I wonder if anybody worked it out :heehee:
Ok at least I'll get some points for the bonus link as my reason is technically correct 😂

I'm not sure "They are all albums" is good enough :P
