For a song with over a billion YT views it doesn't seem like 'La Gozadera' was that massive a hit, it was #1 in Spain but only went top 10 in Romania otherwise according to Wikipedia, and it didn't chart at all in the USA. It predates Latin music being relevant at all in the UK.

 

It seems like nearly every moderately big Spanish language hit can easily get to 1 billion views these days.

St. Burbia also extend their current national record to 6 in a row, while there is new territory for Quintessa who are up to 5 in a row for the first time, as well as Jupiterdonia and Rolloland who both reach 3 in a row for the first time (on the third attempt for the former).
