They could have done something/anything to help it along though - 59p reduction, EP, stand-alone single release.

 

Seems like they are totally over pushing any singles properly now and will just concentrate on pushing the album (Which is fine but even small hits can help sell the album longer than TV promo).

59p would have been good for this week but if the album returns to the top 75 this week il settle for it.

Disappointing then that Radio 2 playlist and a prime TV spot couldn’t get in the Top 100, but as I’ve said before I’m not really sure who’s going to buy it - fans who have already downloaded the album now don’t have the option to buy it and support the single release as there is no standalone version.

Ah finally! This whole single release for BMG has been a total struggle :lol:

How hard was it for them to just take that previously existing picture and slap the text over it? That's a two minute job which could have been done ages ago.

It's long over due but it looks good.

It is a beautiful cover but a bit pointless now.

That said, it at the least has an official cover.

I would greatly welcome Kylie releasing a box set of the singles from Golden.

Steps have recently announced this and i think it is wonderful for the fans as they (me included) would purchase such a release.

Second version is #725 - there will be minimal streams and with no promo/airplay I’d expect the edit version to exit the Top 100 tomorrow.
