We have finally been given a date and a logo for the second installment of the LEGO Movie franchise

So excited for this. The first was a brilliant surprise, 'The LEGO Batman Movie' was excellent too and 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' was surprisingly decent, despite much worse reviews.

I'm psyched for it

I would embed the logo but I can't find one that is embeddable, without stretching the screen. :arrr:

I've got really bored of the first film, after studying it for ages for GCSE Media.

I would've LOVED to study something as fun as that for Media Studies *.* (What were you studying about it if you don't mind me asking?)

I'm hoping the downturn in quality that happened in Ninjago and to A CERTAIN EXTENT, Batman (I did love it, but I can't deny that it pretty much was more of the same) doesn't happen here. I have faith.

We were mostly studying the marketing - the posters and the ITV adbreak especially:

It was a nice change from other lessons, but I never particularly loved The Lego Movie to begin with, so I don't think I can watch it again for quite a while! I did like The Lego Batman Movie though.

At the moment, we're studying music videos (our class had a choice of 4 pairs and we went with Teenage Dirtbag and Sk8er Boi). :P

I much preferred The Lego Batman Movie but the first one was decent too. Will Arnett as Batman was a highlight from the original Lego movie and the Batman one so I hope he returns

Probably for the best tbh if you missed the ending

The original movie remains the best of the three so I'll maintain faith in this even though Ninjago was a bit of a mis-step

It is very hard for me to choose between on either if Lego Movie 1 is better, or Lego Movie 2 is.

I loved this. The first I think was better but this was very funny and had a great message and twist.
