Breakdown of sales:

CD: 1,015

Digital: 504

Streaming: 425

Vinyl: 58

From UKMIX.

Love seeing the sales breakdown when we get them! Really good mix there especially pleased to see the vinyl shifting nearly 60 copies too. Streaming seems to be getting stronger and stronger which is a positive!

Interesting that streaming is accounted for 20% of the overall sales, a nice result for a “physical” artist, which means its crossing over and that market has a potential to her.
Really thought it would be back in the Irish chart this week as it had jumped massively on iTunes but it didn't happen, surely with the concert coming it will return next Friday to the charts but it will pribabky be only for a week.

I’ve found the international success of this album fascinating tbh - it’s done so well in the UK yet underperformed in some of her ‘safe’ markets (Ireland, France, Germany and to an extent Australia).

What was the chart run in Australia?

I know it was mentioned in Ireland it had her highest peak for some time but had a bad chart run.

Promotion in countries such as Ireland and Germany fall way short of the UK promo so it does result in a big difference.

There has been no promo here in Ireland so far but I'm half hoping when she is here she might ore record something for one of the chat shows. From what remember though it's unlikely as the last time I remember kylie doing a chat show here was back in the IP days.
Sales are similar to this point last week, with the sales so far, Top 75 should look safe.
#54 today, short of 800 copies sold.

Was expecting it to be lower so another great result again and will sell well clear of 1k :cheer:

The chart run of Golden is impressive, i really believe no one here expected it to have done so well.
Albums by weeks in Top 75:

70 weeks: Fever

67 weeks: Kylie

33 weeks: Enjoy Yourself

29 weeks: Aphrodite

29 weeks: Light Years

27 weeks: X

22 weeks: Rhythm of Love

18 weeks: Body Language

17 weeks: Golden

16 weeks: Kylie Minogue

12 weeks: Let's Get to It

10 weeks: Kylie Christmas

9 weeks: Kiss Me Once

4 weeks: Impossible Princess

Golden coming for its 19th week Top 75 - should easily overtake ROL too, very impressive after Christmas and KMO.

It is great that it will overtake Body Language and likely Rhythm of Love too.
I'm interested to see if golden will be back in the irish charts this week as people may have bought it Fri and sat so they would know of the songs before heading to the concerts which then they didn't know was cancelled. Also the press coverage of the gigs been cancelled may have reminded people to buy it.
