Gold was what i believe most us had hoped for the album and it has managed that.

Over the coming months it would be wonderful if Golden can overtake Kylie Christmas.

What a great era - #1 Gold selling album, Top 40 single with the UK tour, BBC2 headline show, 4th single, Sigala collaboration and potential album repack for the tour/Christmas market.

I would greatly welcome a repackage of the album.

That said, to date Kylie has never truly managed any major success with a repackaged album.

Although, should this happen with Golden, i think they may get it right this time.

Well actually, where is the 18-month campaign that they promise? Things've been quiet for a few weeks now.

I guess the 18 month campaign is not U.K only :P She’s done 2 shows in New York, been to Paris and is currently in Spain. I’m sure she will get in plenty of promo in the UK with the tour/4th single/Potential Sigala single/BBC headline etc.,

She has all the tour stuff, Xmas stuff, probably Brit award nomination etc. Plenty still left.

Remember BMG are all about sales as that's how they make their cut they will have things lined up

It is now likely she will just miss a place in the Top 75.

That said, i would still welcome her staying in the Top 100 for as long as possible.

TBH I’m not bothered with it leaving the Top 75 - I think it’ll make BMG give it an extra push now the initial sales/hype has faded. Expecting them to do the same as they done with Rick Astley after his album dropped and reduce it to £4.99 - hopefully they will put some effort into the 4th single now.
The price drop would def help get some sales in and I think it will happen soon. It's gonna be interesting to see what will be picked as 4th single.
She was on Magic FM this morning. It was recordedsa she went to BBC Radio 2. The other day she did a few radio stations promo. Not sure what she said or what they played
Hopefully, that will help the album either re-enter the Top 75 or remain in the Top 100.
