I know it’s only 26 copies but the fact the vinyl version is still selling so long after it was released shows the appeal of vinyl now rather than fans just buying it in the first week for their collections.

I'm still very impressed at how this album is doing considering the current lot aren't exactly blazing a trail (Anne Marie, Jess Glynne, etc.).

I am impressed with its sales and longevity but I find it frustrating that on so many weeks she falls about about 20 places from the last midweek placing to her actual position.

its the streaming we all know that......

 

cant do anything about it unless the songs get on playlists and people stream rather than playing their CDs and cassettes lol.

 

in a Physical sales only chart she must be a top 20 album in 2018. She should just get a top 40 album overall in 2018. She is higher at the moment but if she is not offering anything new in Q4 then those big Xmas releases will overtake no doubt.

Most of her sales are paid for sales which is more profitable. She should safely stay top 40 for the best sellers of the year,the album has done great when you consider someone like Anne Marie who is at her peak and juke isn't far behind her sales. Not in a whos better than who way but it will be interesting to see how madonna's new album will sell for her.

I think what Madonna needs to do next time is similar to what Kylie did, and do something that feels true to her and not trying to chase a hit or fit into the current mainsteam pop music scene. I think she can do respectably too if she does that.

Good to see Golden return to iTunes top 100 before Tonight's promo. Could well go top 40 again to oght on iTunes and grab some Sunday sales before Mondays update. I really hope she is top 40 on Mondays update but doubtful depending on those cassette numbers

Fully expecting her to be Top 60 officially tbh - she should have at least 800-900 UK cassette sales added to the average of 1,200 she seems to sell each week which should be slightly higher this week due to promo so she could easily end the week on 2,000++

Didn’t go back into the Top 40 on iTunes - am sure it was around the low 60s.

Yep totally think this song with a few decent promo slots will sell the album as we have all been saying - JR has a relatively small share of viewers so the result is positive so far!
