Posted July 17, 20186 yr As the forum is a little on the quiet side i created this poll to add some activity. Leona burst onto our screens 12 years ago and had achieved 7 top 10 hits not including her Number 1 Hits. Please vote for the best song, comments would be great too.
July 17, 20186 yr That was hard, I was so close to voting for Trouble as although at the time I was underwhelmed it really has grown on me to be one of my all time favourites. Anyway I ended up plumping for One More Sleep, as she really came through with one of the best Christmas songs in years and when everyone thought only the classics would return each year she really delivered with it. It would have been incredible if that reached number 1.
July 17, 20186 yr Author I am tied between One More Sleep and Better In Time. Both are wonderful but in different way. I totally agree that One More Sleep is one of the best Christmas songs in recent years and is turning into a well deserved classic.

July 22, 20186 yr I really struggled between Better in Time and One more sleep. Both deserved to hit #1 both fantastic songs. I went for OMS in the end just because it's status as a Christmas track is up there with the classics for me!
July 22, 20186 yr Better In Time resonates with me the most, followed by Collide. Forgive Me would be the lowest by a country mile for me. It is the odd one out with regards to all the songs Leona has released as lead artist. The lyrics just don’t fit Leona, so never felt like there is any genuine conviction behind it. It is just Leona singing a song they thought would please the US market (where it didn’t even end up getting a single release :/).
July 23, 20186 yr Better in Time is just such a classic, you can see people will keep coming back to that song for years to come. Miles ahead. Happy is nice, and could of had that impact, but didnt in the end. Trouble is also nice but BIT is just light years ahead for me and gutted it missed #1 by a few hundred copies in UK and just missed top 10 in US!
