All English final here too! Pretty amazing for the PL considering where it was 3/4 seasons ago.

On the flip side it's the most painful ever season to be a United fan as ALL of our rivals have had great seasons now except us oops.

At least it will soon be over. That's how football is but it means that when success returns it will be even more enjoyable.

As far as Arsenal go it will only be a great season if they get the job done in the final. Even then if their North London rivals do the unthinkable their achievement will be eclipsed. Arsenal will have to win in Baku to avoid featuring in this thread next season with us.

Emery is the Europa League expert - I know who I'm backing to win in the final.

It's a great achievement for the premier league but I think it's more the fact that in the last 10 years 2012 aside they have generally under performed considering the balance of resources.

Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek will miss the Europa League final with an ankle injury suffered in a charity friendly in the USA.

The 23-year-old went down clutching his left ankle in the first half of Chelsea's 3-0 win over New England Revolution at Gillette Stadium.

England manager Gareth Southgate confirmed on Thursday Loftus-Cheek would miss the game.

So, tomorrow evening it is the final between Chelsea and Arsenal.

Who do you think will win?

Coverage will be live on BT Sport and on their YouTube channel.

In a way Arsenal need this, just narrowly missed out on a Champions League place, after their last 4 out of 5 games that went tits up towards the end of the Premier League season, unfortunately I won't be watching as I don't have a BT Subscription, normally I get score updates on my mobile :D

All week I've been thinking Chelsea will walk this but I now have a feeling Arsenal will pull off a famous win. Hopefully a good game whatever happens, I don't particularly have a preference for either side to win so can just sit back & enjoy this whatever the result.

Awful, cagey and as much atmosphere as a village cricket match so far.

Needs a goal to liven it up or a penalty shootout.

Chelsea are the far better team, I would have rathered Arsenal win, but they are basically two good strikers and that's it really.
Tonight could be the absolute best ArsenalFanTV session of all time! I can't wait for the meltdowns

Definitely didn't foresee quite the implosion from arsenal.

Chelsea wanted it more definitely but with hazard off in the least subtle way I've ever seen & a transfer ban looming, it could be a difficult next season for both these teams.

They may have a meltdown, but they also need to look at things in perspective. This is not too dissimilar to Liverpool vs Sevilla in 2016 - good first half and second half capitualtion against a team who is better drilled and coached than you.

I'm planning for Saturday night here.

I mean can you switch on the channel and it's on for free?

The Champions League final will be shown on YouTube live and for free, you don't need a BT subscription to watch it. It was the same for the Europa League final last night which was where I watched it (although I would have ended up streaming it for free somewhere else anyway).

I don't think it will be free on TV though as the listings are not showing it as a freeview at the moment.
