November 15, 20186 yr Also, Danny skipped It Takes Two the other day and apparently won't come back for the final :lol: Even if the rumours weren't true about him and Amy (Amy said on ITT they weren't, it was all really exaggerated), he is really coming across as bitter and it's not a good look. He was top of the leaderboard ONCE, bottom twice in a row, I don't know why on earth he is so entitled.... You can tell he was livid at not being saved, he couldn't hide it.he’s probably pissed that he just missed out on Blackpool week (which kinda means he’s the biggest flop of the season) I’m probably the only one who’s hopeful for this AT. Lauren has been improving leaps and bounds and I think she’ll be able to handle it, granted that AJ doesn’t add too much frivolous “look at me!” content like he usually does.
November 17, 20186 yr Stacey undermarked again.... *pretends to be shocked* I mean a SEVEN for what was essentially a bit of haphazard-ness in and out of lifts?! I get the 9s but I was hoping she'd snatch a 10 or two given it's Blackpool. I just hope Joe falls below her but a quickstep is probably his dance :/ Charles was brilliant, and I don't just mean his ass and abs :kink: Fully deserved those 10s, that's exactly how you do a samba! He's an odd one, I think he's more of a Latin dancer because he's got that sex appeal and energy, but he is SO boring with pretty much all ballroom dances. Thought that should have been a 40 actually.
November 17, 20186 yr Darcy is absolutely ridiculous :rofl: LIKE FRED ASTAIRE. I mean that was definitely his best easily, but 10s?! Ashley finally getting her 40 :wub: That was possibly even better than Jill or Jay's jives for me, absolutely astounding!
November 17, 20186 yr Ashley seems to be getting even more hate than Debbie last year for being trained :drama: I just don't get it, I really don't care :lol: It's a Saturday night light entertainment show about dancing, people really need to lighten up and just enjoy a great dancer. Yes, it may have been easier for her to get that polished 40/40 jive than it is for many of them, but I just want to enjoy their dancing and that's what I get from her. The only thing is it's a tad unfair for anyone having a chance of getting above her on the leaderboard, but actually her being trained is going to count against when it comes to winning because she just won't get the votes!

November 18, 20186 yr i’d say to just let ashley enjoy being top of the leaderboard because there’s absolutely no way is she going on to win the show, which is a shame cause she’s a fabulous dancer. i’m getting super pissed off with the under/over marking of some contestants. faye as a dancer is miles ahead of joe but they got the same score? i’m thoroughly convinced that they are overmarking joe because they think he’s gonna win it + he can’t be getting 7’s + 8’s as the winner.

I hate to be so cynical when I just said "it's only a Saturday night dancing show" but I can't help but kinda think that too :lol: Like it IS just a Saturday night dancing show and people get too heated, but it does annoy me when the judges' totally ignore his visible flaws (particularly him counting the steps aloud last week andnot being so great in the out of hold solo parts this week) but pull up others on them (for example, Stacey getting in and out of her lifts and Faye last week with Shirley's ridiculous comments). I get that he's not a dancer and can't necessarily be held to the same standards as Faye or Ashley (I get them pulling those up on small things because it comes to a point where that's the only criticism they have), but when he is still doing things wrong he should be called up on it, the judges are there to help them improve and guide them along. Not to totally discredit him as he has that energy and enthusiasm that goes a long way, so I can see why people like him, but his dancing is just not there yet he's overtaking Stacey and is creeping up on Faye/Ashley which I just find baffling. I might be biased bc I love Stacey so much, but her getting FIVE points below Joe was just.... odd. Both are non-dancers trying hard to improve and grow, but I feel like Stacey is a better performer and sells it more. With Joe you can tell enjoys it, but I just don't get the same from him. Charles might be less consistent but I get similar from him when he's on it, I just don't get that from Joe.

Stats wise Lauren is better than both Graeme and Kate and received the highest score out of all 3 (34) for her dance the week before and her average score is across the series higher than both I think she had a duff dance in the AT, but at this stage its not going to be 1 pro alone keeping the celeb in... if indeed at all. I mean Anton (with the wider audience) is by far the most popular and most recognisable Pro and was first out! I think it was a mixture of them building up their fanbase across the last few weeks - She was the only one over the last month to consistently improve her score and the VW the week before did go down well with the audience. Saying all that I fully expect Lauren and Graeme to be the next 2 out... unless there's a shock.
November 19, 20186 yr Agreed, Lauren at her best is definitely better than Graeme or Kate, but she's improving and has potential to go even higher whereas I feel like Graeme and Kate peaked already. We're due a shock soon enough though, I could easily see Ashley "only" getting 37 or sth in a week with a couple of higher scores and ending up in the dance off :lol: Not that she'd go in the dance off unless it was someone with a 40 that week or sth

He titted about with a brolly for 2 minutes and got 8's and 9's? Plus the week before he was a shambles. Joe's samba to Mmmm Bop was overmarked though, however I think otherwise he's been fairly scored. However the Samba week was Operation get rid of Danny, so everyone was overmarked that week
