This was the most interesting part of this week for me.

Grosses for all three top titles fluctuated across the weekend. A Star Is Born was the top title on Friday ahead of Venom, but Johnny English Strikes Again beat Venom and A Star Is Born on Saturday and Sunday.

Surprised Johnny Enlgish made more on Saturday & Sunday as it seems to be slightly under-performing. But I guess the weekend does suit family films.

Also yikes for Bad Times, getting beat by a random Polish-language film.

Was there an issue with The Incredibles 2 at the beginning of October? Seemed to drop from 9th to out the top 20 the next week (with a drop of at least £300,000) to then reappear at #11 the week after?
Hopefully Hallowe'en will top next week's chart. Then the following week Bohemian Rhapsody.

Bohemian Rhapsody has already grossed more than Venom and is only 2.5 million short of A Star Is Born. That's very impressive after only 2 weeks.

Slaughterhouse Rulez has done pretty badly but I'm not too surprised. It looked rubbish from the trailer I saw.

Hmm. I think WIR2 might hold up better as the weeks progress but good to see it debut only half a million behind the first. It should def be a steadier seller through Christmas and the holidays after xmas (which is where Grinch will most likely fall off).
