Actually I called him Bojo, but Blojo is even better! Not as good as Bloatjo though.
It was needed, to stop Boris from pulling the UK out of the EU without a plan in place.

Well now he has an agreed plan and all prospective candidates have been told they must vote for it if he wins the election or suffer the consequences.

No you've often called him Blojo. Want me to find where you do?

Speaking of Blojo's disastrously bad deal, the EU spoke out recently. It said they hadn't even renegotiated Mad May's deal, just "clarified it"!!! This means that Blojo's deal is literally just Mad May's! It shows how sexist parliament is to rubberstamp it when he puts the same deal to parliament, but reject it massively three times with Mad May.
How very democratic.

Maybe but he needs every one of them on board in case he has just a small majority.

That wasn't the fault of the Tory government but of parliament and also do-gooders going down the legal root trying to block a democratic decision being implemented.

Yes, how dare parliament do its job? They should sit back and let the government do whatever it likes.

Should be the major YouGov poll out tonight at 10pm - the one that in 2017 called Kensington and Canterbury for Labour and was RIGHT! :o

Oh, and it wasn't a democratic decision. It was an advisory referendum. That message still doesn't seem to have got through yet. Don't bother quoting Cameron's leaflet. We are governed parliament, not leaflets.

I don't think MP's were sexist but they just didn't think it was a good deal so that's why the party's had to read the riot act to every prospective candidate and make them know they have to vote for it if he brings it back after an election victory.

Informed sources who've seen tonights big YouGov MRP tell me:

a) It's a significant Tory majority as things stand

b) But Labour's national share has gone up by a few points in the last week

c) *If* that trend continued over the next week, it'd be a hung Parliament.

For clarity - if the rate of Labour’s recovery over the last week was replicated over the coming week, then next week’s figures would show a hung parliament.

Edited by common sense

Word is that Swinson's only polling 1.4% over the SNP candidate now in her constituency.

Latest Savanta ComRes:

CON 41% (-1)

LAB 34% (+2)

LD 13% (+1)

BRX 5% (-)

Other 7% (-)

25th - 26th Nov

(changes from Savanta ComRes/Sunday Express poll, Nov 23rd)

Expect the YouGov MRP in about 30 minutes.. expected to show a large Conservative majority (sadly).

Yes, only 7 points in it which would make a Tory majority unlikely but still possible depending on tactical voting in key constituencies. They really need 10%+ lead to be sure.
YouGov MRP poll has a Tory majority of 68 (Tories 359, Labour 211, SNP 43, Lib Dems on just 13). About what I was expecting really.
