Yeah, I'm pretty sure 'Bad Liar' was the first video on Today's Top Hits. I kept close track of Today's Top Hits at the time and I have this in my notes:

I believe Selena had the 2nd video on Today's Top Hits too, with 'Fetish'. Then it became more common with 'Too Good At Goodbyes', 'Havana', 'Let Me Go', 'Wolves' and so on.

 

I don't know what was the first on Hot Hits UK, but the thread at the time mentions that Today's Top Hits was promoted in the UK when 'Bad Liar' dropped:

Interesting, because of Selena's release, the American playlist Today's Hot Hits is placed at the top instead of Hot Hits UK. Might see a boost for some of the songs featured highly on there (Charlie Puth, Imagine Dragons, Lady Gaga, Hailee Steinfield etc.) as well as Selena of course.

Yeah, I've never seen Today's Top Hits advertised in the UK before!
