Of the remaining acts, I'm only really enthused by what Sea Girls have/are putting out; but it's very unlikely they'll put a band at #1. It's between Dermot Kennedy and Mahalia now most likely - can't see either having that big success on the singles chart (in fact, none of the T10 this year scream 'chart' artists).

When will they announce #1 tomorrow?

Out of the remaining artists, I'd take Dermot as the winner. However, just because Buzzjack seems so certain he'll win you can guarantee it'll be someone totally different :lol:

Curveball, was not expecting Octavian to win. Really interesting music though - collaboration with Mura Masa ("Move Me") in particular is great!

The last 4 winners haven’t made it big as some of the other acts commercially, can’t see this year being any different.

Curveball! Only time I've heard of him was when Annie Mac was hyping him once as the next big thing a couple months ago on her show - will have a few of his tracks a listen but from what I remember he definitely seem a likely 'Sound of 2019' artist.
