Bizarre that Cher Lloyd is only 3 places below Zara Larsson in 2018

And now she's 3 places higher. :o

Never would I have imagined Cher Lloyd would be outperforming Zara Larsson this week!

She’s not x

Besides Cher will be far more frontloaded so there’s next to no chance she will outpeak Zara this week unless she’s on X factor!

I really don’t think a Cher Lloyd performance on the X factor will male much difference either way sadly

slow and steady at least, please.

I knew that 1 year and a half break would hurt her performance a bit. Now is up to her and the team to work better now. 1 big profile colab would do wonders at that time without any release. But let's see what this song can do.

I'd probably say the song being a total bore could play a part, she's far from cemented herself enough to make an error with what is a crucial single in her career.

I don't think there's any cause for concern with Zara yet. It's not like she has a massive fanbase. I could see it perhaps having a similar start to Charlie Puth's Attention / How Long - start slow but continue to climb, as opposed to being frontloaded. I don't think the song's any sort of problem really, it sounds very commercial and radio friendly to me. I'm really liking it anyway!
Yeah, the song doesn't help either, people were expecting a pop banger and she released a midtempo song, but i still think this can be at least a cute TOP 20. Her base isn't big enought to make a big peak first day, at last she isn't frontloaded. it's too early to predict things |o|

Pleasantly surprised with Cher Lloyd’s new one, I actually think it could do well with the right promo & backing!

I'm not convinced people were expecting anything, I can't say I've seen many people pining for a Zara comeback. That's not to say this is dead in the water, I'll compare to Charlie Puth once again - I don't think there was exactly a huge appetite for a Charlie comeback, but he had a good song and managed to do well with it. Will Ruin My Life be as big as Attention? I don't know, perhaps not, but I feel like people are underestimating based on their own opinions only so far.

I feel like Zara is the type of artist who could quite easily fall by the wayside with a couple of flops/duds, I know it's subjective but she should be really hitting it out of the park at this point.

I suppose she could always be propped up by featuring on tracks though.

well, i was saying that people were expecting a more upbeat comeback single, something like AMF or IWL, that's what i meant. You can clearly see that on twitter and other forums. but that doesn't mean the song is bad, i personaly love it and there's some nice reviews too.

Anyway, as stated before, this is a crucial single, maybe a more safe sound isn't a bad idea this time.

Cause for concern for Zara is definitely too early. I think this is gonna gradually build into a big hit for her.

Speaking of gradual hits... really hoping for big things for Dua and BLACKPINK
