Posted December 3, 20186 yr I thought I would open the discussion on this for the season. The show is usually videoed around 10th December as I watch Fearne Cottons twitter to confirm. It's presented by Fearne and Clara Amfo should return from last year. Who do you want to/think will appear? Edited December 25, 20186 yr by Jay ☆
December 3, 20186 yr We'll probably see the 'usual suspects' on it: George Ezra Anne-Marie Jonas Blue, Jonas Blue & Lennon Stella (or Jack & Jack) Clean Bandit & Marina Bastille Rita Ora Little Mix Tom Walker
December 3, 20186 yr It was just after midday last year, and its Carla Amfo (not Carl) -_- There is probably TOTP on New Year's Eve as well.

December 3, 20186 yr Author The traditional time over the decades has been 2pm so I just said that for the thread. I do remember last year was a little different.
December 3, 20186 yr Author We'll probably see the 'usual suspects' on it: George Ezra Anne-Marie Jonas Blue, Jonas Blue & Lennon Stella (or Jack & Jack) Clean Bandit & Marina Bastille Rita Ora Little Mix Tom Walker Lol they always have a performance with a DJ in the background which looks quite cheesy!
December 3, 20186 yr We'll probably see the 'usual suspects' on it: George Ezra Anne-Marie Jonas Blue, Jonas Blue & Lennon Stella (or Jack & Jack) Clean Bandit & Marina Bastille Rita Ora Little Mix Tom Walker It feels like Little Mix should be TOTP regulars but I don't think they've actually been on it since 2013 :o I do hope they get a slot this year though, hyped if so!
December 4, 20186 yr Yeah, I thought the same, they are someone you'd expect to have been on both shows a lot of the last few years but they haven't been on for 5 years!! I feel confident they'll do it this year though, probably both shows. One for WLM and one for Think About Us.

December 4, 20186 yr Jess Glynne performing three times..... Glad Zara is on it again although TOTP doesn't have much impact at all on iTunes though.
December 4, 20186 yr Author It may have an impact on the NYE show - especially if George for instance is on Jools as well. Glad to see Freya on there and Rudimental! Also didn't realise Tom Odell had a track with Rae Morris?! Edited December 4, 20186 yr by Christmasteve201
December 4, 20186 yr For those that are interested, this is the line-up for Jools Holland's NYE Hootenanny: Michael Bublé Jess Glynne Nile Rodgers George Ezra Marc Almond Rudimental Yola The Record Company Junior Giscombe Hot 8 Brass Band Ruby Turner The Pipes and Drums of the 1st Battalion Scots Guards
December 4, 20186 yr More interested in the NYE one - the Xmas episode is a who's who of blandness but Christine and the Queens could save the second one. Shame Years and Years will almost certainly perform their Steve Mac discount holiday ad song. Clean Bandit should be okay as the singles have been pretty great, terrible album though. I look forward to Jax Jones too. Edited December 4, 20186 yr by 34yopoppicker
December 4, 20186 yr The New Year's Eve episode will actually air on Saturday 29 December at 5:10pm
December 4, 20186 yr The New Year's Eve episode will actually air on Saturday 29 December at 5:10pm  That's actually a better slot than it usually gets! I've always wondered how the show would do early Saturday evening.
December 6, 20186 yr I'm going to the filming of this on Monday. :o So excited, I'm basically fulfilling a lifelong dream. Apparently the recording is split over 3 days, so I'm wondering who I'll see there?
