Technically it was written produced etc on syco which they left a week before it was released so I doubt its gonna break the bank at the new label :lol:

sure Syco spent cazillions on songwriters and producers and then gave the project away for free to another label :)

You generally don’t pay songwriters, they almost always do writing sessions on spec, however big they are. It’s all about taking a gamble in the hope you end up with a cut on a hit song.

 

Big producers however do charge huge day rates.

 

 

I wonder if Ava Max has any plans to promote Sweet But Psycho in the UK? Could be the push it needs to get to #1.
