Are there any films that you always watch at Christmas - either films with a Christmas theme, or ones that you associate with Christmas from your childhood?

home alone and the holiday are my staples

the muppets christmas carol and love actually sometimes too

Home Alone and Home Alone 2 are a must. I’ve occasionally come back to Love Actually too. Jingle All The Way is a guilty pleasure :kink:

I’m keen to watch Bad Moms Christmas again this year so hopefully that gets put up on Sky at some point.

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is a must for me. Home Alone 2 (for some reason - I think its Tim Curry) I prefer it to Home Alone (although I like that one too - McCauley Culkin is just the cutest child actor ever).

I'll watch any of the Christmas Carol/Scrooge outings (although the very best, for me, is the made for TV one with George C Scott as Ebeneezer Scrooge)

There's an old Robert Mitchum one as well - A Holiday Affair which I'll root out on youtube (its fab).

The new Grinch will probs become a staple for me as well, cos its so short and an easy watch and it's so cute & christmassy at the same time <3

Same I really need to get round to this as I loved the first one! Ik it's on Amazon so I'll watch it at somepoint over the next few days *.*

Bad Santa is the other one I really need to get round to watching this year!

More people should watch Rise Of the Guardians and Arthur Christmas more. Both really cute.
Would like to watch Arthur Christmas but never had a chance to yet!

Just watched a Christmas film on rte there from 2015 called The Night Before with Seth Rogan, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Anthony Mackle. Miley Cyrus also features!!

Was actually a really good watch! Tries to feature good parts from classic Xmas movies and has the usual Scrooge story line goin throughout!

Home Alone 1 and 2 - Absolute classics and I'm over the moon that my 5 year old sat down to watch the first one with me the other day, found it hilarious and is now asking to watch the 2nd one.

The Muppets Christmas Carol - I love everything about it. The humour, the music and it just feels like Christmas. It's perfect.

Love Actually - Watched it last night. It's so lovely. And Emma Thompson gets me in the feels every time.

Rise of the Guardians - My little boy was watching it on Netflix and I got totally engrossed in it. It's so good!

Would like to watch Arthur Christmas but never had a chance to yet!
