93. Imagine Dragons - Cool Out

Here is an album track from Imagine Dragons' latest album 'Origins'. This is one of my favourites from the album, and it's very different to what they usually release. The chorus is incredibly catchy and the song just proves how versatile they are!

92. Tom Grennan - Sober

Tom's had a big breakthrough this year, and this one is my favourite track from his debut album Lighting Matches. I saw Tom at the IOW Festival and he was fantastic, he even spoke to me when he was looking for the toilets  I can't wait to see where he goes from here!

91. The Hunna - Flickin' Your Hair

The Hunna returned this year with their second album 'Dare' and I think I prefer it to their first! Flickin' Your Hair on Radio 1 was the first time I heard them, and I went to listen to more straight away. They have a really unique sound which is somewhere inbetween indie and pop-punk, but not quite either, which I love.

90. The 1975 - I Couldn't Be More in Love

Another entry from The 1975 here at #90 and it's a powerful 90s-style ballad from them, with a fantastic guitar solo towards the end. I love Matt's powerful voice in this, and it will certainly sound fantastic live!

The first retro entry coming up next!

89. Sum 41 - In Too Deep

The first retro entry in my chart comes from Canadian pop-punk band Sum 41, In Too Deep is an iconic track and it's one of my favourite pop-punk tracks of all time. It's incredibly catchy, and Sum 41 pulled it off really well at Reading & Leeds last year. I'm looking forward to their new album this year.

Next up is another old entry from an iconic Australian band, any guesses? :D

Also a fan of 'In Too Deep', still sounds great

I was going to say I hadn't heard of Sum 41 being a thing anymore! (although looking at what you've written apparently they are :o ) I definitely recognise the song but couldn't have told you it was by them, they only song I knew was Fat Lip.

Nice to see Sober make an appearance as well, one of my favourite Grennan tracks!

88. Pendulum - Propane Nightmares

Next up is my favourite song from Australian drum and bass/electro rock band Pendulum, 'Propane Nightmares'. I discovered this song while listening to Radio 1's Greatest Hits and quickly listened to more of their discography. This song sounds almost like it comes straight from a video game, and the chorus is insane. I'm looking forward to new music this year now they've finally returned!

87. Fall Out Boy - HOLD ME TIGHT OR DON'T

Fall Out Boy's latest album 'Mania' received mixed reviews from critics and fans when it came out at the start of last year. Pesonally, I loved it! (other than Young & Menace :P) and this was my favourite track on the album*, and it's incredibly catchy. I would quite like for them to go back to their rockier sound for their next album, but I wouldn't mind if they stayed like this.

*Though it wasn't my favourite track they released last year...

I liked Hold Me Tight Or Don't despite the bad rep it got, it's really catchy to listen to and definitely on par with some of the stuff from the last album!

Couldn't agree more!

86. Bring Me the Horizon - Happy Song

Next is the lead single from Bring Me the Horizon's latest (for now!) album That's The Spirit. It's one of my all time faves from them, and the scream towards the end always gets my hyped. I'd absolutely love to see them perform this song in particular live one day (and definitely Shadow Moses just for 'This Is Sempiternal'!). This isn't the last of BMTH on this list as we approach their upcoming album amo.

Next up is an electro-rock song from one of my favourite albums from last year!
