January 16, 20196 yr Sugar being 2nd best selling  so surprised how that did so well. "It Was Always You" deserved to do way better than it did at the time (even if it wasn't a proper single as such) Crazy to see "This Love" down at 10th as well. Edited January 16, 20196 yr by Rob S~
January 17, 20196 yr Maroon 5 and Pink seem to be the only artists from the early 2000s that are still really big. I suppose you could make a case for Justin Timberlake as well, but after the dismal performance of his last album (missing the year-end 100), I wouldn't be so sure.

January 17, 20196 yr One of their keyboardists PJ Morton also has some incredible solo albums. If I recall correctly, he has more Grammy nominations this year than Maroon 5 do :heehee:
January 17, 20196 yr If I recall correctly, he has more Grammy nominations this year than Maroon 5 do :heehee: To be fair, M5 have only released 2 singles this year. :P Edited January 17, 20196 yr by WhoOdyssey
January 17, 20196 yr OMG THIS! The remix of that is ok, but that song is dull af. CRTFY was so much better in terms of Shakira's big collabs! No No! 😱
January 17, 20196 yr but you are saying Justin Timberlake has lost it cos his album underperformed what about M5's albums? the last 2 have done nothing, nobody buys their albums anymore
January 17, 20196 yr Yeah Maroon 5’s last album was a complete flop (and rightly so) Even Girls Like You didn’t revive it.
January 17, 20196 yr just checked and Red Pill Blues did 12-38, 2 weeks in the top 40, when originally released, not sure if it ever came back
