Frozens peofits reducing quite a bit, might go up as the Xmas holidays get started!
Will Jumanji knock Frozen off the top? I say no but Star Wars will the week after.
Star Wars will likely but it'll be Christmas holidays so Frozens sales will be huge too!

Yeah you're right but think Star Wars then maybe Frozen will go back to the top.

I think Frozen 2 decreased to a level last week that Jumanji can now easily beat - when I was checking the Cineworld website yesterday, everywhere appeared to be showing it a ridiculous amount of times
Jumanji will easily be #1. It's previews from last week (which would have been enough for it to open at #2) will be added to what it makes this weekend.

Never saw the appeal of it but thats just me.

Think when the schools are off Frozen could climb again.

Easy win for Jumanjinin the end. Outside the top 4 sales drop dramatically!
I'm surprised Black Christmas did that well! It was absolute garbage.

I thought it would be.

Never saw the appeal of it but thats just me.

The first one was good but then the novelty sort of wore off.

If it keeps doing ok they'll keep churning out trash!

That's true. Big box office sequels will spawn more sequels.

It's an ad thing tho diluted quality for the sake of a quick buck!
Star Wars will be No.1 by a mile this week but wonder where Cats will come in.

Cats not doing too well. From BBC News:

The movie version of Cats has failed to live up to expectations at the box office, taking just $6.5m (£5m) at the North American box office.

The $100m (£77m) film, which was expected to make double that amount, debuted fourth on the US chart, with the new Stars Wars movie on top.

In the UK and Ireland, it grossed £3.4m, having been panned by critics.

According to Hollywood Reporter, an updated print of Cats was sent out to cinemas on Friday.

The trade paper reported that the film's director, Tom Hooper, had ordered re-edits to his film with "some improved visual effects", ready for release.

It is highly unusual for a finished title already on release to be altered in this way.

The movie has an all-star cast that includes Taylor Swift, Idris Elba, Rebel Wilson and Jason Derulo and is based on the hit stage musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber.

With Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker at number one at the US box office, Cats trailed after Jumanji: The Next Level and Frozen 2.

Decent enough for the UK, but I doubt it's going to have longevity now, but we will see. As Sam said to me once, this time of year we can't really tell with movies until after the Christmas/New Year period. Everything is slightly skewed and can hold on strong but then the following week it could have a sharp decline.

Abysmal result in the US though. Shocking tbh.
