“Your disco needs you” never really been a fan. Will be gutted if “in your eyes” goes out before it

I really enjoy your disco needs you, it goes down really well in the tour's but I think it was the right decision that it wasnt a full on single.As a single I still like in your eyes but it sounds more dated than the other songs here.

As a single i think Your Disco Needs You would possibly have damaged the campaign as it would be viewed as too camp and may have put the campaign in just one box.

While Kylie is associated with camp, she also offers more.

Ya as many outside the core fanbase thought it was too camp but at that time camp music was more in e.g the scissor sisters.

Wow that's such a hard Top 4 to choose from! All are 10/10 moments for me. I think I have to go for Head.

 

I feel like Your Disco Needs You not getting a UK release because of being too camp is just one of those stories that go round in the fandom but is simply not true. The album and the tour were very camp and the era showed the Kylie team that this sort of fun carefree pop music was what Kylie excelled at and what fans wanted.
