goddammit I missed the partial semi winner reveal and now the posts in here are going to intrigue me

 

I only lost my one pointer (PRoJ), so close to a full house through! I thought that would be a good semi for that actually so a bit sad, I guess all the guitar songs cancelled each other out a bit in the end. Otherwise though, can't rlly complain at all, job well done guys! *.*

Nah the ties are officially broken first by the unrounded scores. That revelation slightly spoilt the hilarity of that one Aquafina entry being denied a qualifier because of being 0.1 points out when it'd have won the tiebreak if there was one xx

also I think Bridgey implemented a 34% deduction but yeah that's just me nitpicking at this point xox

Despite Jeff's Cody bait earlier xx the AeroLupus domination remains in effect with both extending their records to 26 finals in a row, while St. Burbia expand their record again to stay their closest competitor with now exactly half as many consecutive finalists. The biggest loss is Unovia who removed themselves from the list by not entering this contest so stand to resume an asterisked run whenever they return, Cadelicia were the biggest casualty out of those who entered and DNQed this time as unfortunately they don't quite make it to that 10 streak. With an auto-qualifier FARC automatically extend their record to 11 in a row, while Jupiterdonia and Thelonia further extend their records to 6 in a row (7 for the latter ignoring the one contest gap). Harmonica's 7th straight final is a national record matcher for them, having previously achieved this in BJSCs 87-93. That neatly leaves the top seven countries on this list as the only ones currently on their best ever qualification streak... apart from a couple who are on a record 'streak' of 1 in a row, with Ambienta making the final for the first time after DNQing with 2 previous entries, while Wholune pick up their second qualifier to date.

Amazing to see Thelonia with 6/7 qualifiers in a row! Impressive for Jupiterdonia too.

 

I thought I'd never earn a streak of 7 again so this is pretty awesome.

Well I got a pleasantly surprising bit of support in this thread and the votes so I'm happy ^_^ Mostly rather good results although Daehun missing out is quiite unexpected and sad (and another for the eternal debate of 'what if I'd just switched them around for one point'), I expected Arcodesia to be out even if they did have a huge tune.

Just before we do get too far through, would Daehun have qualified if they had one more point as I don’t think my point for them is on the results spreadsheet
