I'm so confused at people asking for a GH album. With Spotify those were made pretty redundant weren't they

You say that, but one is currently sitting pretty atop the album chart. :P

Greatest Hits albums can still do well if they tie in well with some good promo/events.

Now would be a good Greatest Hits time and i do think they could make the release very successful.

I seriously don't get all the hate  this isn't a BAD song.

Yes - they definitely need better material. I need a Max Martin-produced pop BOP for the official first single!

Unpopular opinion here but... I much prefer adult mix to childish mix... Woman Like Me & Bounce Back are great!

It's just unfortunate that the GP haven't taken well to this...

In what world is ‘Bounce Back’ adult mix? A few lyrics aside, it would easily slot in with their DNA-era singles.

Apparently ‘Wasabi’ has gone ‘viral’ on Tik Tok? Can they please take cue from ‘Truth Hurts’, release it as an official single and save us from this current campaign? It’s... disheartening to say the least.

I absolutely hate being so negative about any of the girls’ releases, but I just cannot warm to this song in any capacity. The verses and sample are decent enough, but the entire package is limp, and the breakdown is so juvenile and abrasive that it destroys any goodwill I have towards the song by the time the middle 8 hits. It’s not even a TAU scenario, which I still bop to massively despite its relative flopiness. Relistening to LM5 and hearing the likes of ‘Wasabi’, ‘Monster In Me’ and ‘Forget You Not’ just puts into perspective what a colossal misfire this was.

It's just frustrating tbh. We know what the girls are capable of so there's really no excuse for this monstrosity :drama:

Yeah, like...Bounce Back has had one of their biggest single pushes and I've never felt more apathetic towards the girls since they released Word Up! and it's sad because I love rooting for them but the song just isn't it. And I really hope they can get something excellent out and reignite their dipping momentum. The time when they were within the UK's top 4 biggest acts feels like such a distant memory now...!

I’m still rather enjoying this tbh

I think it helps that the song has no long shitty rap and is relatively short. Their best video by MILES too!

I wonder how radio will be with them on their next single? Collab incoming.

I can see them releasing a pure pop comeback though

I am expecting a pop comeback ngl. I mean, they arent exactly strangers to going back to pop for a new era

It's not pure pop like Black Magic and Shout Out is what people mean and I agree it's what they need. Woman Like Me and Bounce Back are both slightly rnb-influenced pop.
Love their radio interviews and those Youtube videos where they read tweets. They still seem very close  And Ariana's name as a possible collab is constanly being brought up. Remember when we thought she was gonna be a feature on Touch?
