As a fan I’m worried.

I genuinely hope she reschedules the whole thing for the sake of her health but I really feel for people who have tickets and have booked accommodation and travel but the more shows she does the worse she’s going to make herself and because it’s so unlike her to have cancellations on this level it’s something serious.

It seems she has been cancelling Sunday performances if she has performed on the Saturday, and Wednesday performances if she performs on the Tuesday .

She has confirmed tonight’s show .

Madonna has cancelled Mondays show at the palladium . Luckily for me she has confirmed Wednesday show which is when I am going. Fingers crossed she sees it through .

This is now the 9th cancellation.

The funny thing is, I (and many other fans), would love (and pay) to just see Madonna stand there (or sit) and just sing and play. I don't need to see her dance around any more, the voice, the songs are more than enough... Dance has always been so important to her and to her performace, but I don't think she realises how loyal her fans are, and how to just hear her sing is what many of us crave.

Madonna’s always been about the whole experience though.

I don’t think she’d ever do a toned down show where she just sings even though it would sell like crazy and would be beneficial to her health right now!

She cares too much about the performance aspect and with Madame X being a character and a concept too she probably feels she’ll be cheating us if she does a show without choreo

I went to the show last night and it is stunning. At 61 she still can’t be beaten at putting on a spectacle. Even with her injury she puts her body in positions that no one else does.

My highlight was Medellin !

A little disappointed that she has dropped crave .

Come Alive and Batuka live are a million times better than the studio recording .

For all the moaners saying not human nature again, I can totally see why it was chosen . It totally suits the message of the first section.

So excited for my next two shows !!

It’s different as it’s more theatrical but still a 100% Madonna show.

She was clearly enjoying herself .

Sounds amazing! Glad you enjoyed it (and actually managed to see it!).

Madonna's posted this on her insta:

A note to all my my fans:

As you all know i have multiple injuries and have had to cancel shows to give me time to recover.

So as not to surprise you i want to let you know ahead of time that I will be cancelling 2 shows- on Feb 4 and Feb 11th at the Palladium in London. because doing 3 shows in a row is too much on my body and in fact my doctors insist i take a day off after every show but i believe can manage if i do 2 shows then I rest!

Its a miracle i have gotten this far but a-lot has to do with the fact that i do 6 hours of re-hab every day.

3 hours before show and 3 after with multiple therapies.

I have also switched to flat shoes and modified difficult. parts of the show. This has helped enormously but i still need to be careful and of course rest is the best medicine.

Of course i never want to cancel any show and Im determined that i will make it to the end if i pace myself.

God Willing 🙏🏼 Refunds will be automatically issued to the credit card on which tickets were ordered.

I appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you!! Madame . #madamextheatre

A very fair and considerate post. I'm glad she's made modifications as I think to push on the way she had could be really damaging for her. A shame for the people who have to miss out, ideally they could reschedule but obviously it's not just Madonna who's involved - the dancers may have their schedules full for the foreseeable and venues may already be fully booked.

She filmed two dates in Lisbon .

My 11th date has been cancelled sadly !!

Madonna has claimed the London Palladium tried to "censor" her by cutting short a concert after she ran over her curfew on Wednesday.

The singer was performing her Madame X show when the lights and sound were switched off and the curtain closed as she went past her 23:00 GMT deadline.

Madonna shared a video on Instagram, which showed her trying to sing her final song in front of the curtain.

The Palladium had warned her not to break the strict curfew.

The pop superstar is in the middle of a residency at the venue.

She wrote: "It was 5 minutes past our 11:00 curfew, we had one more song to do and The Palladium decided to censor us by pulling down the metal fire curtain that weighs nine tonnes.

"Fortunately they stopped it half way and no one was hurt. Many thanks to the entire audience who did not move and never left us. Power to the people!!"

The venue denied that staff had used the fire curtain, but did not directly comment on the show being cut short.

"Contrary to a number of reports, at no point during last night's performance did staff at The London Palladium pull down, or attempt to pull down, the Iron Fire Curtain," a spokesman said.

The video footage appeared to confirm that it was the main cloth curtains which were used closed, rather than the iron fire curtain.

Let's be frank. This tour is the biggest logistical nightmare she has ever faced. What a f***ing disaster, every day there is news about something not working out for it.

I was there made the show so unique.
She is so disrespectful not turning up on time, this is why I've only ever seen her once refused to pay again after she was so late in Edinburgh she had to cut songs at the end.
