Its now time to see just how you all voted and to find out what song is the ultimate package. The aim is to post a minimum of 1 song per day but will post more depending on interactions from forum members. No, I don't hate it, there are very few Kylie songs that I do and even fewer that I skip. This is usually a song I skip BUT there are times when I let it play where im all "actually its not that bad" but that's probably because I rarely listen to it. It should be on a greatest hits because it is a Kylie song but I don't think it should be on when better songs aren't. What are your opinions ? too high ? too low ? lets discuss
May 10, 20196 yr Celebration, it never does well when it comes to results. The song is ok in its studio version but on tour i think Kylie performs it very well and the crowd always get behind it.

May 10, 20196 yr I do like Kids, i think it gets a hard time from many fans. At the time, Kylie picked the perfect person to duet with as Robbie was big at that time and it helped showcase that Kylie was back in business, bigger than ever.
May 11, 20196 yr No surprises so far. I like kids myself but think she could drop it now on the tours but it does provide kylie the opportunity to duet with various people.
May 11, 20196 yr Kids is quite a good track but the only thing that irritated me was that it was released too close to On A Night Like This (probably because it suited Robbie's release schedule) and then Please Stay just a few weeks after. Then parlophone decided no more singles in the UK but they easily could have released YDNY in February. So apart from the LY tour edition they stopped actively promoting it. Of course Fever was massive so those 4 singles were spread out to maximise promo. Parlophone probably wanted a gap between LY and Fever too so their strategy paid off in the end to be fair!

Ya the singles were rushed and in a way it paid off but a fifth single in Feb may have worked. Parlophone did manage to outdo pwl as in with pwl kylie had 13 consecutive top 10 hits and with parlophone she had 14 consecutive before the run was broke.

I love the video and the song, the cover is obviously not very good and deserved low points. I actually remember back in the day searching and finding the CD in Our Price and being so happy someone stocked it. What are your opinions ? too high ? too low ? lets discuss

May 12, 20196 yr Author Number 14 - Kiss me once (Album) - 143 Points Album - 56 out of a possible 1,200 Cover - 56 out of a possible 1,200 Song Selection - 31 out of a possible 1,200 Personal Opinion Something had to come last and it looks like its Kiss me once, do I think it deserves it ? No, do I think its a great album ? No, its a very below par average album for me, lazy album cover, very few single options. I actually prefer the bonus tracks to most of the album tracks. I also really like "Beautiful" and think its better than most of the album. The song "Kiss me once" was also a total saving grace for me but the tour was also very meh.
