How? Her character changes daily from weak housewife terrified if gangsta Ohil and his dodgy dealings, to hurricane, to businesswoman, to pathetically weak, to a boxing gangsta able to outbox men and the hardest women on the street... Awful.
No one will agree with you, Sharon is awesome. Even if I do prefer Mel.

Ngl that was a bit shit.... Oh well Mel's dead but here's POOR BRAVE OLLIE with his terminal autism diagnosis.

Such a classic character gone... like that. Just to Sheanu's affair from coming out just yet.

So many potholes, you would have thought traffic would stop to help instead of driving pass a burning vehicle, and been struck by a lorry, would have been horrific, and I didn't think she would have survived when the car flipped.
My immediate thought was what the f*** is a lorry doing driving straight through the middle of a crash? Ridiculous writing
For once I actually thoroughly enjoyed Mick's presence in the episode. The way he spoke to Ollie was heartwarming, compared to Linda's OTT end-of-the-world reaction...!
Never watching again. EE does anything to protect Sharon bloody Watts. Ridiculous. Mel should never ever have gone back.

Waaaaaay too much Carters considering we were saying a final goodbye to an icon. It didn’t all make sense like why would the lorry even be driving straight passed the accident as if nothing were wrong? I am glad Sharon did decide to save Mel but the way Mel went, the editing of the lorry hitting her, it was almost comical. And she was in the episode so little I actually wish she’d died on impact on Tuesday.

I guess with Tamzin probably never returning, death was the only way to go. I guess at least she’s with Hunter and Steve now. Just a shame because it’s yet another fave of mine killed off.

However, I am totally ready for Lisa to completely lose the plot over the coming weeks. Lucy Benjamin is amazing.

What intrigues me now is how the actual Keanu/Sharon reveal happens... the only other person that knows is Karen (Lisa is still in the dark at who the father is) and I doubt Phil is just going to miraculously work it out
Ya it's hard to know how it comes out about Keanu and sharon. I wish mel wasn't killed off as she could come back in years to come just like she did this time. I hate when they kill of great characters, tiffany and Cyndi spring to mind and of course pat. Pat been killed off had no benefits and pam would have returned. Least we still have lisa who will prob have great scenes coming over the next few months now.
We've known for months Mel was getting killed off. HORRENDOUS writing with thr on my life stuff, vs Sharon getting off free saying it, with them demonising grief and mental illness, the horrendous writing and direction with the crash, etc. Just awful. Truly terrible stuff. Anorher strong female killed off. I bet other legacy characters like Janine, etc, will stay WELL away from the show now.

Mel’s death will have a huge impact for months especially when the affair is announced as I’m sure Sharon will be blamed for the death of Mel.

I’m guessing Lisa will uncover everything soon

Mel will be missed. Less of a storyline where someone has slept with Sharon and the saga. Sharongate was the original.

Yikes, Bex's "Mel's dead" was the worst delivered line I've heard on the show.

Great performances from Letita Dean and Lucy Benjamin though. I'm glad Ian was given a reaction to the news. The show seems to have had no interest in treating Ian like a real person recently so I was pleased to see a very realistic response from him.

I know that they couldn't have been too graphic but Mel would have been obliterated by the impact of that lorry.

I actually really enjoyed the Carter scenes, I didn't think they were over-present and I thought the reactions were very truthful. As Joseph pointed out, the scene where Mick was talking to Ollie was great, probably the best Mick has been for a while. If anything, the Gray/Chantelle stuff was out of place.

Lisa has to be the one to uncover and reveal all and prob no one will believe her at first and it will be she is losing her mind again, Lou will fall out with her and then they will realise she is telling the truth is how I can see this going.
