Good to see a more accurate dipiction of the chart this week as the Ed songs drop. Castles still not doing that well considering the albums out his week. Hope it isn't just a top 20 hit!

'Lost Without You' never got any higher than #13 on Spotify (and no higher than #18 on weekly charts according to Kworb), 'Castles' is doing just fine to be only slightly lower than that after so many people assumed she'd be a one hit wonder. It's still climbing pretty consistently as well, no reason it can't continue to rise after this week (a la Sigrid's 'Don't Feel Like Crying' iirc).

Haha how weird, I was just about to care it to Sigrid’s ‘Don’t Feel Like Crying’! Castles is doing incredibly well! I wonder if she’ll get a vertical video, it could send her into the top 10!

 

Freya is sooo refreshing, great to see another British female slay after too much Lewis Capaldi/George Ezra/Ed Sheeran/Sam Smith hits!

problem with Castles is that it's already been #1 on HH, top #3 now, so not sure how much more new exposure it can get that it hasn't already got

 

I really like Freya Ridings, incredible voice + she can write great songs and for instance Lost Without You she wrote it solo on her own... she could write even better songs if paired with other songwriters ala Adele... so lots of potential

Senorita still #1, two Lizzo tracks at #49 and #50!

I hope this Sam song does rise more, the last thing I want to happen is for him to start struggling to have hits with his more interesting songs and respond by going back to just making endless 'Stay With Me' clones. Only heard this new one once so far but it's already probably my favourite song of his since 'Money On My Mind'.

I think the UK's awfully basic taste has something to do with it too ;)

it was insta-added as track #20 on HH, he really cannot complain about that, few songs get better starts and only from bigger names than Sam (Ed, Taylor)

 

I actually think it's positive that songs are placed low on HH on release day and then moving them up with time, songs don't have to peak in week 1

Just when you think Dominic Fike’s “3 Nights” has hit its peak it goes and climbs a few more places! Would be great to see it hit the T10 officially, definition of a slow-burner hit.

R1 has dropped the song but HH keep placing 3 Nights higher and higher so it keeps climbing

Lizzo at 41 and 46, hope they go into the top 40!

Surely Good As Hell is on permanent ACR now though? :unsure:

Truth Hurts has already been in the top 40 in both the Spotify chart and the official chart, so not a clue.
