It literally wasn't a single. Most artists have released videos for songs that weren't singles.

I did! They played it at the gym alongside other single releases - video and all.

I really want it to do well because it's much more likely we'll get an album and more music from Katy sooner rather than later. She said she'll only release the album if she's shown there's 'Appetite' for one. So hopefully this one is better than Small Tank and more people take to it.

I really hope Spotify can get on board properly, Small Talk was doomed from the start but it pretty much stayed low half way on Hot Hits the whole time.

 

NRO's Spotify support was a bit better, it's vertical video was high for about a week but I wish it could have been given 'Mad Love' like support. Mad Love was actually lower on the Spotify chart than NRO despite better positions for ages but Spotify persisted with its top support for the song and eventually it started doing big numbers on there.

Yeh I feel like Spotify is really poptasticphobic. Which is unfortunate.

also, does everybody see the vertical videos? cos I never see them but I got the free spotify and only use it on my laptop... maybe they're phone-only? or premium-only?

Maybe, is it because the title of the song is Harleys (in plural) and not Harley's (as Harley is)? That's the only reason I could think of to be honest.

Video same day should mean top 40 debut with YouTube streams for the video.
