Sometimes I'd prefer kylie to invest the time into promoting her own stuff rather than these guest recordings that dont seem to go anywhere.
I cant see this doing in anyway better than Really Dont Like You.

I'm not sure, aren't The Vaccines a bigger chart act than Tove Lo?

Mind you, I wouldn't be altogether surprised if it also doesn't chart.

We don't know as of yet, if this is getting an official release.

Likely to make no difference as i don't see it making its way into the charts.

This! I’m all for guest slots but they all seem rather pointless if they are not going to be promoted or make their way into the general public.

Little promotion, if any has gone into any of them, and after a short time they are forgotten by most.

As i have said numerous times, if all these were going to go on a rarities album i would see more business sense in it and fans would have an album of this style of material for their collection.

With how these releases have stood so far, i am finding them pointless.

The features go nowhere and i dont see them as enhancing Kylies career in anyway, maybe she is doing them as she enjoys them but as I said I find them a bit pointless.

I don't think the point of these collabs is for chart success and that's a very narrow way of looking at it. I love receiving these little surprise tracks in between eras; they're a great treat for the fans and it shows Kylie's genuine love for music.

I get as fans we like to see Kylie do well commercially but that really shouldn't be the be all and end all. I remember comments about it being pointless Kylie promoting Golden in America but, surely for her fans over there, it must be fab to see her on their TV screens promoting and performing.

For me it's not just about commercial success I just find the material she features on to be average at the best, maybe kylie enjoys the material but most I find forgettable.
It is hard to understand where Kylie is with all these features, does she genuinely think the songs are good enough to lend her vocals too or does she use these features for helping her find her own sound and direction for future albums.

Actually buzzing for this tonight

Though I am expecting it to be much poppier than The Vaccines' usual output, given the movie it's for and the fact Kylie is on it.

(which isn't a bad thing!)

I'm interested to see how The Vaccines and Kylie sound together although I'm not expecting anything too amazing song-wise given it's for a kids film.

Doesn't really do it for me, but I wasn't expecting too much with it being for a kids film, as I said in my previous post. Justin and Kylie's vocals work well together though, in fact I think he sounds quite like Chris Martin here. I'd be interested in hearing them again on something that's closer to what The Vaccines would release if it were for their album.
