July 11, 20196 yr 'Telephone', also my favourite music video ever :wub: I still remember the buzz at school on the day it came out, sooo exciting.
July 11, 20196 yr I vividly remember the day Telephone the video premiered. And I went on and on about it for ages afterwards. At the time the album was out I really didn’t want it to be a single as I’m not that big a Beyoncé fan but the video sold the song to me. It’s one of my favourite ever videos. Definitely one of the best videos ever. Shame she now hates it.

July 11, 20196 yr I had it recorded on Sky+ and I made sure I showed it to every friend, relative, neighbour, stranger that set foot in my house. It was all I wanted to watch and discuss for WEEKS after. The peak stanning period.
July 12, 20196 yr I know 'Telephone' is a spectacle and it is an amazing video, but it doesn't quite match BR's video for me.

July 16, 20196 yr I think Telephone would’ve only been a top 10 hit without the video. I definitely think the video is what got the song to #1 here. That’s why I had to go for that over Bad Romance. I’d never seen a real music video impact like that for a while! At the time the video was HUGE. All the gossip sites, news sites etc were all discussing the video breaking down each part of it too. She was the biggest person in the world at that point without a doubt. Dua Lipas New Rules is probably the most recent example of that happening in the UK. August 2, 20195 yr Um why are people voting for Telephone?! The video's OKAY, but it's overblown, a little boring, and honestly a bit basic. Bad Romance shets it out the water!
