November 11, 20195 yr Wouldn’t she be too busy anyway? I mean with an upcoming rpdr US season + promo + rpdr uk stuff + I’m assuming another rpdr US all stars season that has to be the reason as to why she declined the tour? (saying this without knowing the tour dates)
November 11, 20195 yr Yeah I read that she was asked, she said yeah, then she was sent an e-mail saying she wasn't needed
November 11, 20195 yr Michelle was someone I definitely thought would’ve been asked for the tour. I’m shocked EE Emma is doing it as well tbh
November 12, 20195 yr This week's dances: Alex & Neil: Paso Doble (Run The World) Emma & Anton: American Smooth (Let's Face The Music And Dance) Michelle & Giovanni: Street/Commercial (Vogue) Saffron & AJ: Quickstep (Marvellous Party) Chris & Karen: Salsa (Uptown Funk) Karim & Amy: Charleston (Happy) Kelvin & Oti: Jive (Jailhouse Rock) This will really test Alex & Neil as she gets one of the tougher dances where there's less to hide behind, I feel like with her past 3 or 4 she's had perfect dances while she's on the up. Buzzing for Michelle and Gio giving the gays what they want *.* Karim and Kelvin could be battling for the first 40 of the series I think as both of them are playing to their strengths, particularly Karim. No Argentine Tango yet still though!
November 16, 20195 yr Well it says it all about his constant terrible choreography that it took him so long to get 10s!
November 16, 20195 yr Michelle's going home tonight :( Do the judges want to go any further up Karim's arse? Jesus wept
November 16, 20195 yr I think so... i don't usually watch this but her dance definitely wasn't as difficult as most of the others. It was still entirely fabulous however and I loved her recreating the classic Madonna moment from 1990 and the whole sentiment and message seemed more important to her
November 16, 20195 yr Michelle’s VT could just about save her tbh there’s a lot of support on Twitter encouraging people to vote. If she’s in the dance off though I can’t see her staying unless she’s against Chris maybes? I’m feeling like a shock result tonight though. Kelvin was dance of series / night for me as well! And wow at Anton genuinely never getting a 10 before until tonight
November 16, 20195 yr I'll be on tenterhooks waiting on the spoiler in the next half hour, hope by some remarkable stroke of fortune that Michelle can dodge the bottom, but it seems unlikely.
November 16, 20195 yr I hope Emma can stay in, she gets better each week and she seems so genuinely nice aswell, plus its great seeing Anton finally get a 10.
November 16, 20195 yr It's a tough one because in terms of looking at it as a dance competition, the content Michelle's Couples' Choice was totally different to anything you'd get on the show, even compared to other Couples' Choice routines. But it just stood for so much, it meant so much to Michelle and for a lot of the people watching who love her for the strong ally that she is, and I think that's a Couples' Choice should be, quite similar to Will's really. That technically wasn't the absolute best, but I think the strength of Couples' Choice is when you can feel how much it means to them, it brings a side we may not always see of them in the more "classic" dances, and it's great to see that. It's just a shame that technically it wasn't enough for the judges to appreciate it regardless :( I know that they have to base it on this week alone but it's just wrong if we lose Michelle this early just because people didn't get the dance. I still think she was a bit undermarked tbh, if they were gonna give 10s to Emma and have given 9s to say Chris' Street the other week, Michelle should at least have got a 9 or two.
