Tell Tale Signs is the best song on the list to date.

All the others are not what i listen to from Kylie.

Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas is bland but not the worst on Kylie Christmas.

#5 Bittersweet goodbye

It's time to go deeper and see what made top 5. First we have this 'Light years' album track. Like I said before, Kyle's ballads are a hit or miss for me. This one is a big miss for me. I love the campy/disco vibe of the album. I can even enjoy 'Your disco needs you' now (wich would have made this list 10 years ago). Then this one pops up..let's say it destroys my joyfull mood AND tooth enamel everytime I listen to it...

Your thoughts?

What's the worst in your opinion?

I don't agree on this choice, its an underrated song like many of Kylies ballads.

Is this an indication that Fargile from Fever could also make this list.

Both are sweet songs, not the best on either album but not the worst.

Noooooo no for this, I love the song and is one of my faves on light years which says alot as I love the light years album.
Actually like 'Bittersweet Goodbye' its a nice welcome break from the up-tempo numbers on 'Light Years'. A beautiful heartfelt ballad that shows another side to the album and okay its not one of the best on there, I'd probably rank it in the middle.

As for 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas', again wouldn't call it the worst, there's a lot more contenders for that title 'Stay Another Day', 'Santa Claus Is Coming To Town', 'Winter Wonderland' etc... The original numbers on there are pretty good, however most of the bland covers really bogs things down, and in my opinion the X-Mas album would have been a hell of a lot better if they just kept the new songs, and add just a handful of covers (namely 'Santa Baby' & 'I'm Gonna Be Warm This Winter' etc), and kept it short and sweet.

'Bittersweet Goodbye' can still sound a little jarring on the album but it's a lovely song in its own right. I was really sold on the song after discovering her Anti Tour performance.

'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas' is one of the few covers I actually really like. Definitely not the worst on the album, not when the songs you listed exist. I agree that the album would have been better with more originals and less covers; a shame they couldn't rectify that with the 2016 edition.

For me it's just a lovely easy to listen to song especially on light years as some real upbeat numbers surround it.
