It’s #24 on AM right now. Not sure why it’s fallen that much.

It was taken out of Hot Songs and moved down on Today's Hits.

Well that won’t help.

That’s so annoying! No idea why they’ve pushed it down.

It’s so far down now that I can see it dropping into the 30’s...

Up to 30 on Spotify UK, despite dropping in worldwide streams.

Ugh why would that happen now on Apple Music, so annoying

So glad it's holding strong on Spotify!

Playlisting is vital. They need to do whatever they need to do to get back up higher!

It still climbs up during the day on Apple Music which shows the only thing lacking is playlist support.

I've just heard that 'Bounce Back' was actually out of the top 50 on Spotify at this point in it's life! So this is definitely being received better and garnering more plays from casuals. :D

It does concern me slightly that its streaming performance is so heavily bound to its playlist position, because it could suggest that not many people are actively seeking out the track. But I suppose you could make that case for most of the top 40 these days. Part of me hopes their team just brute force it into being a streaming hit like Mabel and ‘Boyfriend’ (and lowkey all her singles). That track has been consistently top 5 on Hot Hits for weeks.

Also, this is just refusing to get old for me. Sounds even better in the sunshine.

I hadn’t realised BB tanked that soon. Maybe I was a bit premature with the comment about this not garnering that many casual listens, because it’s already doing better than BB (not exactly a high bar to clear, I know) with no promo, less airplay and less playlist exposure. Plus it has no video to buoy it up, which always gave their singles a substantial boost. Speaking of, I really hope there’s something in the pipeline despite the circumstances. An animated video might be cute. Or even just them dancing in their houses interspersed with shots of the vertical video. The song is too good to not have a video.

This song is a grower so having it high on playlists is definitely crucial in my opinion. Not that people dislike it on first listen but they usually just like it and then grow to love it.

Break Up Song — Spotify Update:

Total Streams: 8,828,079 (+380,475)

It's so annoying not being able to see the actual potential of the song because of its lack of playlist support.
Down to 32.

The amount of streams are stable though so its not too bad.

Annoying how it’s going to drop again this week.

Really needs to be higher on playlists it’s so low down on the main Apple and Spotify playlists

Down to 32.

But with similar streams as the day before. It’s performing better than Bounce Back did at this stage. Hopefully there will be an increase on the playlists.

Oh so it’s actually up 3 spots to #16 on today’s prediction.

It’ll probably fall when streaming is accounted though, as opposed to last week, because of Apple Music, right?
