So what do we reckon? I'm having a hard time calling it. There haven't been many recent Christmas songs that have smashed out of the gate, with the exception of 'One More Sleep', and even that was in the pre-streaming era. All the classics being on ACR will definitely help its cause, but imo its success is going to be very heavily reliant on whether or not it manages to feature on the relevant Xmas Spotify playlists. I'm going to go for a top 40 debut and an eventual top 15 peak. Probably a bit conservative, but it's still a bit early for a festive track, and 'Bounce Back' hardly set the charts alight.

This one's hard to call, I'd have been more confident of its chances when their career was in a stronger position a year ago or before.

 

I'm gonna go with a #33 debut and a #22 peak, but it could go either way really.

I voted debut top 40 (somewhere in the 33-40 region) for the same reasons as you, Defaze.

 

I, optimisticly, voted Top 10 for eventual peak. But we shall see!

I genuinely forgot all about Cozy Little Christmas. :lol: Definitely serves as a good omen for this then.

So hard to know. I went for debut top 40 and peak top 20. It all depends wether it will be on the Christmas playlists.

In the end it all depends on radio support, if they hammer it hard then top 5 could happen, but top 10 is most likely. If they don't get those plays, then top 20 is easy for them.

It didn't. It literally spent 5 weeks top 3 and has chart 'sales' of 785k.
