January 24, 20205 yr Author 12 - Riton x Oliver Heldens - Turn Me On ft. Vula Just realised there are several cover versions or samples of the synth Yazoo used to make Don't Go melody. By the way, this is my favourite one of course. It peaked at #12 but it should have been UK top 10. Ifq4NQWwVpg Edited January 24, 20205 yr by Jason
January 25, 20205 yr Author 11 - Dua Lipa - Don't Start Now Dua Lipa is still my fave british female singer, but this song just missed out on top 10. I wonder if her first and last UK number 1 will be New Rules. Well, hopefully not! oygrmJFKYZY
January 25, 20205 yr I quite liked Turn Me On though it fell at #219 in my EOY, it's not one of Oliver's absolute best songs. Don't Start Now is great too, it also peaked at #11 in my personal chart though didn't make my EOY.
January 25, 20205 yr Post Malone was such a tune, the hate was too much!! :( Don't Start Now is fabulous too

I'm glad you like both songs. :P Post Malone was such a tune, the hate was too much!! :( Don't Start Now is fabulous too  They hate it just because the name of the song is Post Malone. -_- and DSN is fabulous really  Thanks both for commenting.

January 27, 20205 yr Author 10 - Avicii - Heaven (feat. Chris Martin) This song is pure emotion. Avicii production is amazing and Chris Martin also made a good job. It is definitely my favourite of the 3 Avicii's UK top 100 hits of 2019. I'll always remember him as a fabulous DJ. One of the best ones, of course. fqzhtvLWefA
January 27, 20205 yr Author 9 - Endor - Pump It Up Don't you know yet? :o I'm still pleased Endor's cover version charted higher than Danzel's original version. :P However, 2019 was an odd year for dance music. Almost all UK top 40 dance hits were cover versions. I wonder if this will change this year. BfnjX88Va4Y
January 27, 20205 yr Heaven  great to see it in your top 10 too, for me it's a #1 contender. Pump It Up, I also enjoy.
January 27, 20205 yr Some great dance songs I've just missed, I think Turn Me on is probably my favourite but it was great to see Pump It Up get chart success, and Heaven is a beautiful song as well.
January 28, 20205 yr Author Heaven  great to see it in your top 10 too, for me it's a #1 contender. Pump It Up, I also enjoy. I see 3 EYO with Avicii's songs in the top 10: Ours and Pete's. That's great! :P Some great dance songs I've just missed, I think Turn Me on is probably my favourite but it was great to see Pump It Up get chart success, and Heaven is a beautiful song as well. Very commercial dance music here and I'm glad you like some of them.
January 28, 20205 yr Author 8 - Tiësto, Jonas Blue & Rita Ora - Ritual Second Tiësto song in my chart of the year, Rita Ora looks very sexy in the video and I love this song's melody, the lyrics and her voice in this. ontU9cOg354 Edited January 28, 20205 yr by Jason
January 28, 20205 yr Author 7 - Jax Jones, Ella Henderson - This Is Real One of the most unexpected UK top 10 hits of the year, it took long 13 weeks after its release to break the top-10 barrier. I'm really pleased for Jax Jones and particularly for Ella Henderson. I thought her music career was over in 2015. mpArZkzrU3g
January 29, 20205 yr Author 6 - Luca Hänni - She Got Me (Switzerland Eurovision 2019) This is the one and only non UK top 100 hit in this list. :o This express how I feel about this song. It was definitely my fave 2019 Eurovision song and I think it deserved better luck in the final night. 4th place really? I say NO NO NO. :( Just discovered he rose to fame in 2012 after winning the German version of the Idol franchise. Great achievement for a swiss guy really. :P 6PxoMWtAC7M Edited January 29, 20205 yr by Jason
January 29, 20205 yr Author SNAP favourite Eurovision song of the year, still holds up super well too  Oh yes, She Got Me is fabulous! Thanks for commenting.
January 30, 20205 yr Author 5 - The Chainsmokers - Who Do You Love (feat. 5 Seconds of Summer) 5 Seconds of Summer got #2 in my EOY 2018 with Youngblood and now Chainsmokers featuring 5SOS are #5 in my Year-End 2019. Still not pleased this single peaked only at #34 in the UK charts in February last year. Really underrated pop/dance gem. :( U0V1y2p1sgs Edited January 30, 20205 yr by Jason
