Well that's the best music video she has ever done / one of the best pop music videos in recent time.

This is being sent to US radio next week... which is great.. but means that Physical is being skipped there :( Hopefully it's released later, like Gaga switching Paparazzi and LoveGame in her debut era?
When you think of how long it took for 'Don't Start Now' to take off/peak, it does make sense to skip to this single so that the US aren't continuing to play catch-up and Dua can focusing on promoting one single everywhere. I also think 'Physical' is too sonically similar to 'Blinding Lights' which I think could hinder its chances of doing well in the US.

I'd have thought if anything that would work to its advantage, rather than its detriment.

 

Shame if it does get skipped completely. :( It's too good.

I think this is the right choice for the next singe after listening to the album (but I thinkI'd say that about most of the tracks tbf)
The video is really good and I can't get the song out of my head! Perfect choice for the third single. I can see it doing better than "Physical".

does it really sample INXS? had to listen twice and then I Kina felt a bit of similarity in the melody but the sample is very very very subtle

It definitely interpolates the melody of the guitar riff used in the INXS song. It's the bass line & melody throughout most of Break My Heart (it's not used in the pre-chorus). It's repeated almost 40 times throughout the whole song lol, so it's certainly there.

I keep getting reminded of How Long by Charlie Puth in the delivery of the first line of the chorus aswell.
