I would assume it's 24 hours rolling. The Kworb page lists movements relative to 24 hours earlier.

AM updates a couple times a day, Gaga was #22 on the first update, then #11, seems about right to me,

 

fanbase streams alone cannot get you that far, it's not like iTunes where 5 sales get you top 100 now

 

Gaga is also #27 on Amazon

dance songs rely 1000% on playlist support, and takes months for a dance song to be a hit, not weeks but months

this was low on NMF and not on HH, it's a miracle it went top 200
