Was not a fan of Figured Out or Size really for that matter but Lucky is a decent step up and return to form so I’m back onboard *_*

Favourite Thing was a great pop song. Shame it flopped really.

Her first album was sort of good tbh.

 

It’s a shame she never really had a successful follow up to Sax.

 

I can see this album doing rather well in week one at least. Can see if at least matching the peak her debut album managed. I think she’ll have a similar fanbase to someone like Louise who recently just got a #11 album.

Ergh she deserves so much more she’s so talented . Her First album is amazing so underrated I still play most of it till this day . Favourite Thing and Lucky are my favourite’s from the new album so far Favourite Thing deserved so much better !

Her first album was pretty great, the only slaw was they did seem to try and replicate Sax quite a lot throughout. This one isn't impressing me as much so far but I'll give it a listen when it comes out

Anything I've heard so far is very forgettable and throwaway. I cant see the album doing anything more than a top 30 1 week wonder.

This is out now, Mine is so so good :wub: On And On is really cute too.

 

She did deserve better than Sax however it annoyed me how Syco built her career around that one song

Sales will be low again this week which will hopefully help get her a higher peak position.

It's a real shame she never caught on as the next big pop star, 'Sax' was great and I really liked 'More And More' too. Of the new stuff 'Favourite Thing' was pretty good but that's the only one I've really cared for. She hardly has a fanbase at all, does she? I can see this album barely scraping the Top 20 before plummeting out of the Top 100.

I'm not expecting this album to go top 40, if I'm honest.

 

I agree she really deserved better back then though.

I always felt on x factor simon wanted her to win it so i was sure he was going to invest alot more in her than syco did.

Despite her career not taking off maybe the way it should have, people should check out this album.

 

I loved her first album but didn’t like what I heard from this album so far.

 

But overall I am impressed. It’s a strong and cohesive album in my opinion.

Just listened and this is a very good album I’m impressed !

Can I just say I am so proud of Fleur East and her new album Fearless. She has made a really quality album with fantastic visuals. Actually the videos this era have been better than any video Syco made with her!

 

I feel she has put so much in to this album, and all done on an independent basis without major level backing.

 

Then in the middle of the release her first UK tours gets cancelled due to Corona virus and her dad passes away on the day the album is released. I really feel for her now.

 

Lets support Fleur and her music. Apart from the setbacks surrounding this album, the music remains quality. As soon as her tour is rescheduled I am buying tickets!

 

Seems to be a trend when (especially female) X Factor alumni's hype is over they make a flawless pop album (see: Cher Lloyd's "Sorry I'm Late"). Just heard "Mine" for the first time yesterday and I'll just say it's so beautiful.

This is a decent album! Some real highs (Mine and Favourite Thing <3). The fact it isn't looking to chart top 200 is beyond belief. She has been done so dirty by the public :( Oh well, at least we can vibe to it ~
