I hope they get the print sorted for you, as its frustrating trying to get these things sorted some times. Im hoping the tabloids acknowledge if kylies gets that 5 consecutive decades album number 1, it would help give disco some more exposure.

I was gonna say maybe you should email now (or contact their help twitter which is a lot quicker), in case they've messed up yours too. But up to you I guess!

I didnt know there was a double cassette, that one went over my head.

I ordered from Chalky's can't wait to receive my signed print before the next album

Think Kylie may struggle to get top 10 this week early doors.

 

Most of her items are all sold out.

 

So just Standard CD, Deluxe CD and Vinyl, and a few cassettes on her website. Those £16.99 HMV Cds too expensive to be honest.

 

Streaming she is dropping and also on Itunes.

 

Some big releases.

 

However she could drop new stuff anytime I guess

My HMV order came with the vinyl only and no print!

 

That’s terrible, I was told the print would be to follow that’s absolutely terrible to just bash out loads of orders and not fulfill them correctly.

 

My Townsend order hasn’t shipped despite it being marked as shipped

 

My chalkys order was cancelled yet they are allowing people to buy 20 on EBay at a time..

Awww at it entering at #3 in Germany after midweek #1 was teased.

People seem to be getting their knickers in a twist on social media that the signed HMV print didn’t arrive - that’s normal practice? I’ve bought signed items in other chart battles for Dua , 5SOS, Selena Gomez etc., where the signed item has arrived weeks later

That’s one thing but Townsend were marking orders as shipped when they haven’t been!

 

I get they tried to sell as many as possible but if they didn’t have the man power or the prints to ship with the items then it should of stated it or they simply shouldn’t have gone so wild.

 

Hopefully it gets sorted before the return date passes.

So did I BUT it stated it VERY clearly that the signed print or booklet would arrive separately.

 

HMV confirmed you would receive a print with the vinyl and it didn’t state otherwise anywhere..

 

Townsend marking items as shipped when they haven’t been is terrible too...
