I don’t think Steps or their management even if they were on a different label to Kylie would go up against her in the albums - she’s too much of a threat with albums

BMG are SO good with ‘heritage’ acts and know how to sell physicals - they have been spot on with acts like Kylie, Rick Astley etc

Rumour is the new song is called 'Magic'

I already like it. 😜

Fingers crossed it’s better than the lead single :D

SS took ages to grow on me - I was actually quite shocked how well received it was tbh, I really like it now but it’s certainly not up there as a Kylie great.

This is what I always think about when people mention Magic as the next single title

Kylie should do a signed option for this release.

I think it would be highly popular.

Would her to do signed copies but I don’t think it will ever happen - the closest we’ve got is when she signed 100 cassettes for ‘Golden’

She would shift alot of albums if she had signed ones going out but they would have to be individually signed. It could be a nice gimmick after a few weeks on release.

I think Kylie would benefit greatly in sales if she tried this.

Cheaper than promotional slots too.

Doing an online concert for Beirut with Mika. Probably just sing a new version of Say Something with him on but all good promo
Little Mix now also releasing on November 6th - They’ve achieved 1 number 1 album out of 5 releases and their last album reached #3 so hopefully that trend will continue!
Hmm, not ideal but I'm still quite confident Kylie will be #1. Little Mix's last album achieved 57k upon debut in November 2018, but they seem to be on a downward trajectory whilst Kylie seems to be in a good place following Golden, the greatest hits and Glastonbury.

Little Mix’s opening sales are usually quite strong though they’ve been unlucky to have only had 1 #1 album they’ve just nearly always released in a competitive week.

Their streaming will be higher, but I’d imagine Kylies pre orders and vinyls will be higher. An interesting chart battle against two BJ faves though

Tbf, the streaming figure for LM5 upon debut was 'only' 7.6k higher than that of Golden and I think the fact Kylie's album has been on pre-order for nearly two months already and has a million different formats will be enough to counteract any streaming advantage Little Mix may have.
